How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Just browse through our shop, add items to your cart, create an account, and pay by E-transfer 

Your package will be sent off with a courier once payment is approved. You can also place your order by phone at (236) 889 -7717 and we’ll take your order manually. 

In addition, you can request to pay in cash in person

If you are from out of town and/or Province you’re in luck! You can order online and have your package shipped via Canada Post within 2-3 business days. 

Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

If you would like to add to or change your order, call us at (236) 899 -7717 with your order number. If you would like to add to your order you can create a new order. You can also cancel your order if it has not been sent out. For further questions, please call us during business hours, or send us an email at xxxxxxx and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What happens after I send my E-transfer?

Our team will process your E-transfer right away. Once your payment is approved, our team will package your order and have it sent off with a courier in a timely manner. 

Are there any delivery charges?

Orders over $98 will be delivered free. Orders under $98 will be delivered with flat fee of $25.

How long does delivery take?

You can expect 1-2 hours local delivery in Vancouver the Lower Mainland.

Mail order sales typically take between 1-2 business days throughout Canada. Rural areas may take 2-3 days.

What happens if I didn't receive my package?

If you do not get your package, let us know and we will resolve this issue for you. We guarantee delivery and are committed to reliable service.

Is there anything I need at time of delivery?

For local weed delivery, please have valid ID ready that matches the name on the shipping address. We do this to make sure the correct person gets their order.
